REECE CARTER

I've spent much of my life figuring out how things work—including myself—why we fail, and what it takes to make things better.

My background spans military combat engineering, construction, quality assurance, underground infrastructure, and operational auditing.

Different industries. Familiar problems.

People working with incomplete information. Systems that don't always support the people operating them. Problems that could have been recognized before they became failures.

I've learned from people who were farther down the road than I was—sometimes by years, sometimes by inches.

I've also learned to work backward from the intended outcome, question assumptions, document what matters, and build something useful.

Today, I'm building MNTR to turn those experiences into practical tools, conversations, and resources that help people become more capable operators.

The objective isn't to have all the answers. It's to get better at asking the questions that matter—and knowing what to do with the answers.
